Contact details – how do I change and how much notice should I give?

Log in to My Account with your subscriber number and the email address associated with your subscription account. Select My Details from the menu bar to change your contact details. For help contact Customer Services

For Print allow up to 4 weeks for your magazine to be delivered to your new address

Your Digital edition will be available to download before the print issue is delivered

Delivery - when will I receive my first issue?

For Print please allow up to 28 days, depending on your location to receive your first issue.
For new orders digital access is instant when you sign up online
If you change how your issues are delivered to digital before your current subscription ends you will also get instant access
If you renew to digital before your current subscription ends you will get access to the first issue following your current subscription end date.
If you renew to digital after your current subscription ends you will get instant access

Delivery - how do I change how my magazine is delivered / subscribe to a different package?

The Caterer is available in print, delivered by the postal service, or as a free digital edition.

To upgrade your digital subscription to include a printed magazine contact Customer Services

To remove a delivery type from your subscription (ie. reduce the ways you receive your subscription) contact Customer Services

Delivery - who do I contact if my issue does not arrive?

If your magazine is not delivered it is possible to claim a replacement for the current issue or request an extension to your subscription. Unfortunately it is not possible to claim for issues other than the current issue. Log in to My Account with your subscriber number and the email address associated with your subscription account. Select Missing Issue from the menu bar. For help contact Customer Services

Delivery – how is the magazine delivered? (print, digital)

You can choose to have your magazine delivered in print, digital or print & digital bundle.

Print magazine is delivered by the postal service. Digital version, an interactive replica of the print magazine is available to download via the appstore on your iPad or Android device before the printed issue is delivered. Alternatively you can access a browser version – visit www.thecaterer.com/digitaledition

Delivery – when does The Caterer magazine arrive?

Print magazines are placed in the postal service on the Tuesday prior to the cover date. For guidance, see estimated delivery times based on regional postal services below:

The Caterer what is the difference between digital and print versions?

When you subscribe to the digital edition, your weekly issue of The Caterer will be available to download and view on your tablet device before the printed issue is available in shops or by mail. In addition to all the great content you would expect from The Caterer’s leading print magazine, the app also features video, more photos, in-article scrolling feature, and links to more online content.

When you subscribe to the Print magazine, your weekly issue of The Caterer will be delivered by the postal service.

Missed issue - how do I claim it?

If your magazine is not delivered it is possible to claim a replacement for the current issue or request an extension to your subscription. Payment requests - why do I continue to receive renewal advice or invoices for a bill I have paid?

Please disregard a payment request for a bill you have already paid – due to order processing lead times occasionally payment requests/payments may cross in the post. If you receive a second request please contact Customer Services and we will correct the situation promptly.

Print – what is the print version of The Caterer?

When you subscribe to Print, your weekly issue of The Caterer will be delivered by the postal service

From time to time we use special rates to encourage readers to trial a subscription. The rates are valid for a limited time only.

Renew – how do I renew my subscription?

Log in to My Account with your subscriber number and the email address associated with your subscription account. Select Renew from the menu bar to renew your subscription. For help contact Customer Services

Digital version – how do I activate my subscription?

Once you have completed your Digital edition registration follow these steps to access the magazine.

1. Download the The Caterer app from the Apple Appstore or Google Play
2. Launch the app on your device
3. Tap ‘Sign In’ (top left of your screen)
4. Enter your account details
  Username – your email address (associated with your subscription - not necessarily your Apple ID)
  Password – your order reference number or your subscriber number
5. Download the issue you wish to read

If you purchased your digital subscription through the App Store:
Use your Apple ID and password. Visit http://store.apple.com/uk/help/your_account

FOR BROWSER VERSION – visit www.thecaterer.com/digitaledition and login using your email address and subscriber reference number

When you choose the Digital version of the magazine, your weekly issue of The Caterer will be available to download and view on your tablet device, smartphone or desktop browser before the printed issue is available in the shops or by mail. Username and password – what is my username and password for the digital version?

If you started your digital subscription online with The Caterer:
Username is your email address (associated with your subscription - not necessarily your Apple ID)
Password is your order reference number or your subscriber number

If you started your digital subscription through the Apple Appstore or Google Play:
Use your Apple ID and password. Visit http://store.apple.com/uk/help/your_account
